Holiday Mini Sessions

The holidays have a way of sneaking up on us. That’s why I’m offering Holiday Mini Sessions a bit earlier this season. You can get your photos done, check one thing off your list, and actually have time to enjoy them. Think holiday cards, gifts for grandparents, framed prints, photo albums, or simply having beautiful images of your family to keep.

This year, I’ll be offering 3 dates for Holiday Mini Sessions at Nouvel Studios and 1 date outdoors. Take a look below for dates, available time slots and this year’s setup inspo. The actual setup images will be available next month.

Maison Merlot (in Studio B):
Sunday, November 8

Date and time: Sunday, November 8 from 12pm to 4pm.

Location: Studio B at Nouvel Studios East (1 High Meadow Place, Unit 8, North York)

Mood: Rich merlot velvet, soft ivory, delicate pearls and warm candlelight come together for a Christmas setting that feels romantic, elegant and timeless. Designed with layered textures, glowing details and just the right amount of holiday drama, Maison Merlot brings a richer, moodier side of Christmas to Nouvel Studio East.

Price: $395 for a 25 minute guided photoshoot and 15 edited, high resolution images (option to purchase more).

The Silver Fir (in Studio C):
Sunday, November 15

Date and time: Sunday, November 15 from 10am - 12pm

Location: Studio C at Nouvel Studios East (1 High Meadow Place, Unit 8, North York)

Mood: A classic Christmas look with a refined silver touch. Deep evergreen tones, shimmering silver and soft neutrals come together to create a holiday setting that feels elegant, polished and timeless. Inspired by the beauty of Christmases past, The Silver Fir brings traditional greenery and ornaments into a clean, elevated setting.

Price: $395 for a 25 minute guided photoshoot and 15 edited, high resolution images (option to purchase more).

Blanc Hiver (in the Terra):
Saturday, December 19

Date and time: Saturday, December 19 from 11am - 1pm

Location: The Terra at Nouvel Studios West (1 High Meadow Place, Unit 8, North York)

Mood: Inspired by soft winter mornings, warm candlelight, timeless neutrals, and layered textures, Blanc Hiver was designed to feel elegant, cozy, and effortlessly beautiful.

Bavarian Christmas (Outdoors)

Mood: Inspired by timeless European traditions and cozy winter charm, Bavarian Christmas is warm, nostalgic and heartfelt.bThink rustic touches, natural evergreens, and subtle pops of red that evoke the magic of a quiet holiday in the Alps.

FAQ’S

How do I book a mini session?

Click ‘Book Timeslot’ to reserve your time slot.

What if we are late to our session?

If you are late to your session, we will use whatever time is left to take photos. Unfortunately, there are no refunds.

Is there parking?
Yes, there is free parking in front of the studio.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please make sure before booking that you are available on the date and time that you book. If you need to cancel for reasons beyond your control, you can apply the credit to a future full session. You can also sell or give your session to a friend or relative! There are no refunds.

How long before we receive the photographs back?

You will receive your high resolution, edited photos within 2-3 weeks.

What is the difference between a mini session and a full session?
Mini sessions are short (about 20-30 minutes), held on specific dates at a set location, and come at a lower price. They include only a handful of edited images Full sessions, on the other hand, offer more time, flexibility with scheduling and location, and include your full gallery of edited images. They also come at a higher price point. If you’re looking for a more personalized experience with a wider variety of photos, a full session might be the better fit.
